Refundable Deposit Policy (To Prevent No-Shows)

Due to high demand, we require a $40 refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be fully refunded after you attend your scheduled session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another person in need. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

This policy ensures that all available slots are used by those who truly need them.
